Here’s a couple of quick things you can check prior to contacting us for service:

Cooling Service Items To check

• Look at your thermostat. Is the display lit up? Are there any error messages?
• Is the thermostat set to the correct mode ( Cool ) and temperature above or below desired setting?
• Check the disconnect switch on the side of the furnace or breaker for the furnace and/or air conditioner to verify it hasn’t tripped.
• Check your air filter(s) for cleanliness.

Heating Service Items To Check

• Look at your thermostat. Is the display lit up? Are there any error messages?
• Is the thermostat set to the correct mode ( Heat ) and temperature above or below desired setting?
• Check the disconnect switch on the side of the furnace or breaker for the furnace to verify it hasn’t tripped.
